This Power Flange Mounting Fixture is designed to achieve precise positioning of the mounting flange on the centerline of the radiator assembly. It features power adjustment of panel length and assembly depth, enabling operators to quickly reconfigure the machine to accommodate production changes. The application of a servo motor positioning system ensures consistent and precise assembly.

During operation, the header is placed on a support that can be adjusted up or down according to the depth of the assembly (depending on the number of panels). The centerline is accurately maintained by the header supports. Mounting flange assemblies are carefully positioned to achieve precise center-to-center spacing to ensure installation accuracy. The header on the weld assembly is placed in position and welded. The center distance is controlled by flange adjustment. The electric flange mounting fixture simplifies the assembly process and ensures consistent product quality.
